Returns

You may return unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.

• Include all original packaging where possible.

• Be returned with proof of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Return Postage

Unless an item is faulty or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

Refurbished Products

Refurbished products are fully tested before dispatch. If a fault develops within the warranty period, please contact us so we can arrange inspection and repair or replacement where appropriate.

Repair Services

This returns policy does not apply to repair services. All repairs carried out by CCES Vac-Services are backed by our 12-month repair warranty unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
